Key dates this fall
Early October 2025: UBC's online application is now open
November 15, 2025: Deadline for international students to apply for awards through the International Scholars Program. Note: Schools can nominate up to 2 students to Vancouver campus and 1 to Okanagan campus
December 1, 2025: Deadline for international students to submit their UBC application for the UBC International Scholars Program
December 1, 2025: Deadline for Canadian students to apply if students want to be considered for the following scholarships/awards: Presidential Scholars Awards, UBC Centennial Scholars Entrance Awards, and UBC's Beyond Tomorrow Scholars Program
January 15, 2026: UBC Applications due
